Spathiphyllum (Peace Lily)

Spathiphyllum is a compact, ornamental cultivar of peace lily known for its large white spathes (flowers) and lush, dark-green foliage. It’s popular as an indoor plant because of its elegant appearance and tolerance of lower light conditions. Mildly toxic to pets (contains calcium oxalate crystals)

INDOOR CARE :

Light:

• Prefers bright, indirect light

• Tolerates medium to low light (fewer blooms in low light)

Water:

• Keep soil consistently moist but not soggy

• Slight wilting indicates it needs water (recovers quickly)

Humidity:

• Prefers moderate to high humidity

• Benefits from occasional misting

Temperature:

• Ideal range: 18–27°C (65–80°F)

• Avoid cold drafts and temperatures below 15°C (59°F)

Soil:

• Well-draining, peat-based indoor potting mix
